COVID-19 Update

During these unprecedented times, your support of our store means a lot to us here at Levered Lloyd.

Due to COVID-19, we are seeing some delays in the following:

Production of on-demand products
Fulfillment of inventory orders
Transit times with shipping carriers
International orders are subject to delays in customs of the destination country. Many countries are quarantining packages for 3 days prior to final delivery to the customer.

The partners we use to power our store are taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of their workers, while working hard to continue producing and fulfilling orders from the store. Additionally, shipping carriers like UPS, DHL and USPS are experiencing unprecedented strain on their services. We really appreciate your patience in receiving your orders and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Shipping Update: On demand items like most tees, long sleeves and tank tops are taking at least 14 business days to print pack and ship due to COVID-19 safety regulations and delays. Inventory items may also take up to 7 business days to be picked and shipped.

After orders are shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. All shipping carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS and Fed Ex) are experiencing 4 times the volume of shipments they normally do, even at their busiest times. Because of this, delays in transit are likely.

FAQ

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 25 days after your order was placed.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to almost every country.

I haven’t received my tracking number, when should I expect it? You should receive an email containing a tracking number usually 3 business days after placing your order. If you still haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days, please email or message us on IG (levered.lloyd).

How long does shipping take? It takes about 1-3 business days to fulfill your order, and depending on where you live, shipping can take anywhere from 2 -12 business days. US, and most of Europe shipping time takes on average 2 - 5 business days, Canada and the rest of the world shipping time is between 6 - 12 business days.

Can I change my order? All sales are final, no orders can be changed.

Can I change my address? We can change your address if you contact us within 5 hours of ordering.

I think the courier may have lost my package, what should I do? Contact us within 25 days after placing your order. In most cases we’ll be able to send out another package if the courier confirms that the order was lost.

I accidentally entered the wrong address, what should I do? We can change your address if you contact us within 5 hours of ordering. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact the courier.

I accidentally entered the wrong address and the courier ended up delivering the package there, what should I do? If the package is bounced back to us, we can reship it to you for an additional $5. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact the courier and figure it out with them.

I entered in an incomplete address (e.g. I provided the building number, but didn’t provide my apartment number or the company and desk number) and resulted in either the package being lost or returned to the sender. What should I do? If the package is bounced back to us, we can reship it to you for an additional $5. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact the courier or doorman and figure it out with them.

Are these items decent quality? Yes, we don’t sell items we wouldn’t buy ourselves.

Customs is holding my order, and will only release it if I pay taxes on the import. What should I do? You’re responsible for covering any VAT or customs tax.

Product images on your website aren’t loading: This is most likely an issue on your end. Try deleting your cache/cookies or loading our site on a different browser or device.
